Our first contact with this customer was a simple email on an ordinary weekday. He asked for prices on several iPhone models and wanted to know the difference between our grades. Nothing unusual at first glance. But as the conversation continued, I could feel he was someone who really cared about details. He asked about testing methods, failures rates, even packaging materials. It didn't feel like a "quick quote and done" kind of inquiry.

After exchanging a few emails, we naturally moved the conversation to WhatsApp-where most of the real business happens anyway. From there, things became smoother. I sent him short testing videos from the QC room, photos from the warehouse, even live updates when new stock arrived. He replied quickly, sometimes with short voice messages, sometimes with questions that kept me busy the entire morning. Slowly, the trust started to build.

A few months later, we met face-to-face at the Canton Fair. Even though we had never met before, I recognized him instantly when he approached our booth. He shook my hand and said, "Finally, I get to see the famous screens you always show me on WhatsApp." We both laughed. He spent almost an hour checking samples-tapping the screens, comparing colors, even holding some up to the light. We talked about his market in Argentina, the challenges with local repair shops, and the importance of consistent quality. That conversation changed the direction of our cooperation.
After the fair, he started with a few small orders-just enough to test the waters. Each time the goods arrived, he sent me honest feedback. "Good brightness." "No dead pixels." "Packaging is stronger than what I'm used to." These short messages were signs that we were moving in the right direction.

Then came the message that really mattered:
"I'm planning a big restock. Can you prepare 30,000 pieces?"
It wasn't a surprise, but it still felt rewarding.
For this shipment, our QC team checked every screen seriously-touch response, brightness, frame alignment, glass bonding. For the packing, we added extra foam and double-checked every carton. By the time the pallets were ready, the warehouse looked like a small mountain of carefully packed boxes.
I sent him photos and videos of the final loading. He replied with a simple:
"Perfect. Thank you for your work."
For us, this shipment represents more than numbers. It reflects months of communication, patience, and mutual trust. And as the cargo heads toward Argentina, we know this partnership is only getting stronger.
